  • All Employees are responsible for treating colleagues, candidates, and clients with fairness and respect.
  1. Reporting and Resolving Concerns

Anyone who believes they have experienced or witnessed discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment should raise the issue with their line manager or HR.
All complaints will be handled promptly, sensitively, and confidentially. No individual will be victimised for raising a concern in good faith.
